5 ml absinthe 10 ml ginger juice 30 ml spiced rum 40 ml apple juice 40 ml of Pommeau de Normandie
Pour one by one the ingredients in the shaker. Shake intensely. Pour on a glass filled with crushed ice. Sip with a straw.
