When ginger teases the apples !

40 ml Pommeau de Normandie 10 ml Cane sugar 10 ml Lime 80 ml Ginger Beer 20 ml White Rum
In a mixing glass, add the cane sugar and lime. Stir, then add rum and Pommeau de Normandie. Pour into a tumbler glass. Top up with the ginger beer.
