30 ml Calvados
30 ml shrub
20 ml aquafaba
40 ml Pommeau de Normandie

Gar­nish : 1 Nor­mandy biscuit

Ice the glass, first.
In the shaker, pour all the ingredi­ents and the ice.
Shake once.
Strain to remove the ice.
Shake a second time without ice (dry shake) to obtain the texture.
Pour into the glass through a small strain­er to get a smooth texture.
Then grate the Nor­mandy biscuit.
