ingredients
30 ml Calvados 30 ml shrub 20 ml aquafaba 40 ml Pommeau de Normandie
Garnish : 1 Normandy biscuit
Ice the glass, first. In the shaker, pour all the ingredients and the ice. Shake once. Strain to remove the ice. Shake a second time without ice (dry shake) to obtain the texture. Pour into the glass through a small strainer to get a smooth texture. Then grate the Normandy biscuit.
