In the glass, lightly crush :

5 basil leaves
2 straw­ber­ries cut in half (or 2cl of coulis)
2 rasp­ber­ries (or 2cl of coulis)
4 cl of Pommeau de Normandie

Fill with ice. Add 1 cl of cucum­ber syr­up and add 6 cl of ginger ale.
Gar­nish with a sprig of rosemary.
